So why i prefer to buy tickets from an authorized seller:

•   Better prices than at the official websites.

It is true. You can check it yourself. For example, the lowest price for the regular ticket to Burj Khalifa (124+125 floor) on the official website is $46, and on the reseller’s website is $40.57. This happens since the official website gives bigger discounts for resellers and they can share a small percentage of discounts with their customers. Yes, they also give some discounts and promotions so that people choose them and buy through them.

And if you plan to buy tickets at the cashier you should know that usually tickets are 3-7$ higher there.

•   Great service (24/7 support+optional pick up&drop off+ “skip the line” service).

The official website will not offer you optional services like pick up&drop off. And will not answer you 24/7 via online chat. But the reseller will. Also, you can get a “skip the line” service from them. You will not have to wait in the queue, just show your electronic tickets.

•   Free cancellation & “Reserve now&Pay later”.

At the official websites, tickets are usually non-refundable, but most resellers will offer free cancellation prior 24 and even 72 hours. Sometimes it costs extra money, but usually not. Even if yes, remember, they will refund you the whole amount of money if you will not be able to come. Also, some of them offer “Reserve now&Pay later” service which is not available on the official website.

•   Interesting and saving money «Combos».

You will never find such attractive offers like “Burj Khalifa+ Safari” Combo or “Burj Khalifa and Global Village” Combo on the official websites, but at the reseller’s you will. They are not just interesting, but will also save you money.
