DREAM Restaurant Dubai

DREAM Restaurant Dubai - unique restaurants in Dubai

Bright, colorful, and cabaret-inspired, it makes a splash in the food industry with new experiences – enthralling and flamboyant acts by acrobats, who this year have created a new show inspired by the world of plants and animals and their distinctive qualities, expert dancers, and soulful singers. Not only are the elaborate costumes astounding, but so are the sparkling champagne, smoke shows, flashing lights, sparklers, and creative photo spots.

With the help of entertainment and spectacular arrivals, Chef de Cuisine Mohamed Rifky has created a special menu for guests that captures the spirit of the venue: colorful, succulent, and full of tastes.

The chef has come up with a creative way to cook octopus. The octopus costs 155 AED and is infused with Earl Grey tea before being served. This method brings out the inherent sweetness of the octopus while also tenderizing the flesh and imparting a subtle taste and zesty aroma.

Among the excellent options, the Roasted Chicken (520 AED), Whole Salt-Baked Sea Bass (520 AED), Côte de Boeuf (1,200 AED), and the chef’s special dessert (from 295 AED) are noteworthy.

This place serves nightlife enthusiasts, couples, and entertainment fans (with tables set aside for two). Serving alcohol and permitting smoking (including vaping), this is an adult-only institution that makes it challenging for non-smokers to sit close to smokers.

Krasota

Krasota - Krasota

The fundamental idea underlying this incredible culinary endeavor is that Krasota (*, which means “Beauty”) will save the world. A spectacular culinary theater in Dubai was launched on April 15, 2023, by the White Rabbit Family partnership, which is well-known for having two Michelin-starred eateries.

There’s more to this than just a menu to browse at your leisure; the project authors have carefully picked two shows, “Imaginary Future” and “Imaginary Art” (for ages 6 and above), to go along with a menu that complements the planet’s essence and future atmosphere.

The magic starts as the twenty spectators settle around the large circular table. Realistic spaces are combined with artistic ones, including people, food, cooking, and space, all together in a spectacular display. Neural networks, interactive installations, and 3D technologies are used to enable this; multimedia projections, for example, react to touch.

In honor of Petrov-Vodkin, the still life “Glass and Lemon” is projected onto the table in the second phase of Imaginary Art, allowing guests to interact with the fruit.

Artificial intelligence creates random trajectories and reacts to every engagement, so these movements are not predefined.

Without Malevich, the trailblazer, an inventive endeavor wouldn’t be the same. His “squares” are paired with a white chocolate dessert with a striking mango accent and are unusually delivered with a palette knife rather than regular silverware.

Every show features two adult meal options, a kid’s menu, and a vegan menu.

Tickets for the evening sessions are priced at 1,200 AED for “Imaginary Future” and 1,500 AED for “Imaginary Art”.

Le Petite Chef

Le Petite Chef – unique restaurants in Dubai

This creative way of presenting food has won praise from many customers in France, Germany, Singapore, Belgium, Egypt, and now the United Arab Emirates. Here, you may sample the virtuoso cooking of a small chef who “serves” meals that draw inspiration from the tastes of France, Spain, Italy, and Japan.

The Le Grand menu is priced at 599 AED per person, but even at 449 AED per person is a spectacular culinary adventure. At La Coco Restaurant, many nations’ esteemed virtual equivalents of the tiny chef have warmly backed their native cuisines too.

Vegetarians may enjoy a delicious meatless meal for 449 AED, while kids 6 to 11 can indulge in their favorites, which include cheesecake, turkey ham, mozzarella, and Black Angus Tenderloin, for 299 AED.

What distinguishes this idea? Le Petit Chef, who is only 58 millimeters tall, uses an engaging 3D video projection to lead diners through a creative four-course tasting menu that is served within each guest’s tablecloth.

Ossiano

Ossiano - unique restaurants in Dubai

The main attraction in Ossiano is the large aquarium that spans the whole floor and has an amazing collection of sharks, rays, and curious schools of fish.

Not only does the place have a unique interior design, but it also employs the youngest chef in the entire country, Grégoire Berger, who has been consistently included in the top 100 Best Chef Award winners for the past five years. He’s designed a cuisine that is intimate and relevant to the chef’s life, reflecting the places and moments that have had a significant impact.

The titles of the items on offer also echo the concept of the menu, inspired by the sea’s tides. The 11-wave tasting menu costs AED 1,250, while wine pairings start at AED 845, and non-alcoholic pairings cost AED 315.

A 2023 One Michelin Star, a 2023 Best Award of Excellence at the Wine Spectator (2 glasses), and a position of Number 4 in the MENA 50 Best Restaurants are just a few of the honors the restaurant has received.

Ce La Vie

Ce La Vie - unique restaurants in Dubai

With its expansive views of the city’s most famous architectural masterpieces, the restaurant’s major draw – including a bar, lounge, and infinity pool – is its stunning view of them, especially at night. It has also been included in the Michelin guide for 2022 and 2023.

The Burj Khalifa, with its needle-like spire piercing the hot Arabian sky, is directly visible from the large panoramic windows situated on the 54th level. This is why the extraordinary spot in the CE LA VI hall – an exquisite swing covered in purple-red flowers and gold leaf – graces the eye.

Guests may take mesmerizing pictures against the backdrop of Dubai’s ultra-modern vistas and the aristocratic silhouette of the Burj Khalifa while snuggling comfortably on the spacious seat.

Chef Howard Koh, a Michelin-starred maestro in the kitchen, skillfully crafts the menu items by fusing traditional South Asian ingredients with modern touches. Enticing new selections, including Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Kushiyaki (180 AED), Caviar Chips Onion Dip (150 AED), Burrata Tomato Salad (115 AED), and Dark Chocolate Fondant (75 AED) are available on the A La Carte Menu.
